Parking

Parking in Ribe is free but you always have to display your parking disc.

Most of the old town centre, but only in marked places.

P-East (center) - Rosen Allé 6
48 hours free parking for cars. No dedicated parking slots for campers.

P-Center - Sct. Peders Gade
4 hours free parking for cars and tour coaches. Campers and caravans are only permitted between 9.30-21.00.

P-North - Saltgade
48 hours free parking for cars. Campers and caravans are only permitted between 9.30-21.00.

P-South - Tøndervej
48 hours free parking for cars, campers, caravans and coaches.

Public Transport

You can easily get to Ribe Art Museum by public transport. The train between Esbjerg and Niebüll/Tønder stops at Ribe Railway Station, approx. 200 metres from the museum.

For Disabled Visitors

In the interest of people with mobility issues and wheelchair users, the museum is equipped with ramps, a lift and an accessible toilet. Loading and unloading can be carried out at the east end of the museum. From here, a ramp provides direct access to the museum. Inside there is a lift connecting all three levels of the museum.

Disabled parking is available at the west end of the building, where people with mobility problems and wheelchair users can make use of the disabled entrance at the café. There is a doorbell at the disabled car park.

Upon presentation of a valid companion card, an attendant will be granted free admission.
Wheelchairs and Zimmer frames are available on request at the ticket office.

Bags

For security reasons, bags bigger than A4 size may not be taken into the exhibition. Lockers are available in the basement

Photography
